An All-Inclusive Dude Ranch Vacation at Bull Hill
Bull Hill offers an all-inclusive guest-ranch stay in Kettle Falls, Washington. Current daily rates combine lodging, full meals, beverages, horseback riding, fishing and ranch recreation into the stay rather than pricing each core ranch experience separately. Cattle drives depend on ranch operations and are not guaranteed for every stay or date.
What Does All-Inclusive Mean at Bull Hill?
At Bull Hill, all-inclusive describes a guest-ranch stay that brings your accommodation, meals and core recreation together. You choose where to stay, then plan your time around riding, the lake and other ranch activities rather than assembling each part of the trip separately.
The Rates page presents daily rates per person, per day, with accommodation cards showing the per-person nightly amount. The current minimum stay is two nights; management may waive it depending on availability. All-inclusive does not mean that every activity happens every day, and the listed rates do not include taxes.
Use the current rates and policies for accommodation-specific prices, junior rates and stay conditions. Compare those per-person amounts for your party and dates rather than treating a listed rate as the price for an entire cabin.
What Is Included?
Lodging
Choose from Bullagio, Lonestar, The Lookout, Ranch Cabins and Glamping Tents. Different sleeping layouts and amenities let guests compare the setting that suits their group. Explore all five accommodation choices before selecting your stay.
Meals
Full meals prepared by Bull Hill’s culinary team are included. Meals are part of the guest-ranch stay, alongside lodging and recreation, rather than a separate daily planning task.
Beverages
Current daily rates include beverages, including beer, wine and spirits. That inclusion is part of the ranch’s published all-inclusive experience.
Horseback Riding
Guided horseback riding is included in the guest-ranch experience. Bull Hill has more than 70 horses ranging from beginner to advanced. Read the horseback riding guide for what to expect on ranch rides.
Lake & Ranch Recreation
Private Ansaldo Lake and the wider ranch offer ways to spend time beyond the saddle. Current ranch activities include:
- Fishing and swimming
- Kayaking and paddle boarding
- Hay rides
- Hiking and biking trails
- Trap shooting
- Hot tubs and scenic relaxation
An included activity list is not a promise of a particular schedule or that every activity suits every guest. Contact the ranch about specific plans or the needs of your party.
Are Cattle Drives Included?
Cattle drives are part of the ranch experience when ranch operations call for them, not a guaranteed all-inclusive amenity. Drives begin June 1 and roundups continue through October. Cattle location, pasture conditions, weather and ranch need determine whether and where a drive happens.
During that season, the average ranch need is approximately three drives per week. That average does not guarantee a cattle drive for any particular stay or date. When cattle need moving, Wranglers offer the drive to their groups and plan to leave the following morning. Participants should ride with complete confidence.

What Is Not Included or May Cost Extra?
- Taxes: Washington state and local county taxes are not included in the listed rates.
- Pets: Pets are welcome in pet-designated cabins with a $60 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per pet.
These are the exclusions and extra fee documented on the current Rates & Policies page. Review that page when comparing your stay options and ask the ranch about any specific arrangements before booking.
How Do Family Rates Work?
Junior rates apply to ages 5 through 12, and children age 4 and under stay free under the current rate structure. Exact junior rates vary by accommodation and are shown on the Rates page. The two-night minimum also applies, subject to management’s availability-based exception.
When planning for a family, compare the sleeping arrangements as well as the adult and junior rates for your group. The family ranch vacation guide brings together lodging choices, shared activities and practical questions to consider before your stay.
Why an All-Inclusive Ranch Stay Can Be Easier to Plan
Combining lodging, meals and core ranch activities in one daily rate can make it easier to understand what your stay includes before arrival. For a useful comparison, start with the number of guests and nights, check accommodation and junior rates, account for taxes and any applicable pet fee, and review the stay policies. Keep cattle-drive plans flexible, so the trip does not depend on cattle needing to move while you are visiting.
