Bull Hill Guest Ranch provides lodging, guest-ranch experiences, meals, ranch activities, group stays, retreats, events, hospitality services, reservation services, and related guest services.

Specific reservations, activities, events, packages, or group arrangements may be governed by additional booking terms, confirmations, waivers, releases, cancellation policies, payment terms, or written agreements. Those specific terms control if they conflict with these general Terms.
2. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
Submitting an inquiry or requesting information does not create a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only after Bull Hill Guest Ranch accepts the booking and any required payment, deposit, agreement, or documentation has been completed.
You are responsible for providing accurate reservation and guest information.
Rates, availability, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund terms, activity requirements, and other reservation details may be stated in your booking confirmation or separate agreement.
3. GUEST AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
